PT Smelting: Pioneering Excellence in Copper Smelting and Refining in Indonesia
PT Smelting is PTFI’s first smelter which was built in 1996 together with a Japanese consortium and operated by Mitsubishi, as a form of PTFI’s compliance with Contract of Work II. Located in Gresik, East Java, PT Smelting is the first copper smelter facility in Indonesia.
